Inndividual grief coaching

Individual Coaching

Grief is not only related to death. Maybe you are going through a break-up or lifestyle change and you are looking for extra support. Using the principles of Spiritual Psychology I assist clients in processing their grief and how to move towards a future with resilience, peace and find joy again.

Grief Programme

Conscious Grief Program

This is a group program that meets on Zoom for 11 weeks. Each group is carefully created to bring people together who can relate and support one another. There is a simple curriculum educating the participants about grief and how it can impact us, how to embrace it and integrate it into your life. Grief can be isolating, the group proves a safe place to express challenges in a safe environment.

Grief Yoga and Kundalini Yoga

Grief Yoga and Kundalini Yoga

Grief is not just a mental and emotional process. Grief requires movement and physical release. All types of yoga can help with this. I teach Kundalini Yoga, the yoga of awareness and Grief Yoga, trained by Paul Denniston. These accessible forms of yoga require no prior experience. Nurture your body, mind, soul and heart with the connecting practice of yoga.

Revelation Breathwork

Revelation Breathwork

This active breathing technique allows the participant to have a unique releasing experience. Most of us are conditioned to apologise for our tears, repress them and wipe them away. We are not encouraged to scream, yell and express carnal sounds. Revelation Breathwork creates a space for big releases. The best place to be while taking this class is lying on your bed.

About Tara Nash, author and Grief Coach
Tara Nash was formerly in the fashion business in London until she finally couldn’t run from her grief anymore.

She decided to change everything in her life and move to LA to study a masters in Spiritual Psychology. It was during this time, thousands of miles from home, that she finally confronted the death of her parent’s, and her Conscious Grieving began.

Tara’s father died suddenly of a heart attack when she was 9 and her mother died of breast cancer when she was 21. No therapist or coach ever attributed her struggles to grief.
This has inspired Tara to uncover the mysteries and misidentifications of grief and now she has a passion to teach how sitting with the pain can lead to powerful transformations.

Tara teaches Grief Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and Breathwork to help clients move grief through the body. She facilitates an 11 week group course called the ‘Conscious Grief Program’, an opportunity to heal in community and learn about the grief process.

Tara now lives back in London with her Toy Poodle, ‘Kenny Rogers.’
